4And his disciples answered him, "How can one feed these people with bread here in this desolate place?"

Observation

Previous to feeding of the 4,000, the disciples witnessed the feeding of 5,000. The disciples also witnessed many other miracles performed by Jesus. Yet they had doubts and asked how can one feed these people?

Application

How often do I ask the same question? God has provided for me time and time again. I've witnessed God's work, felt HIS grace over and over again. Yet, when I'm challenged, I again ask the question and doubt creeps in to my mind. Will God provide again? YES. He will. I can trust HIM.

Prayer

Dear Lord, thank you are always there, never changing, always constant. I pray I will not have doubt but I will trust and have faith in you and you alone.
