Scripture

1I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? 2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

Observation

Psalmist writes that his help will come from the Lord who made heaven and earth. How awesome is that the creator of the universe will come to my rescue? If HE is for us who can be against us. I will trust in our Lord.

Application

I often look to the wrong place for help. I will lay all of my troubles at the Lord's feet to and wait upon his help.

Prayer

Father God, thank you that you care about me enough to come to my rescue. What an awesome privilege that the creator of the universe will come to my rescue. Thank you. I will trust in your faithfulness, give you worship, and wait on you.
