If you would like to know more about YNCC or would like to become a registered member of YNCC, this is the class designed for you. During our three week journey together, we will seek to reflect on our relationship with God, refresh our understanding of the Gospel, remind ourselves of the mission of our church, and recommit ourselves to serving one another as a member of God’s family.
How to Study God’s Word
Dates: 6/7-7/26 (8 weeks)

You don’t all need to be a scholar, but if you are to grow deep in your faith, you must know and understand the Scriptures. This course will walk you through the basics of personal Bible study methods and the principles of biblical interpretation to help you understand and apply God’s Word in your life. Throughout the course, you will practice newly acquired Bible study skills to make the Bible come alive in a personal way that every insight you gain will be yours for life.
God @ Work: Following God at Work & Serving God through Our Vocations

The lives we lead at work are often disconnected to the lives that we lead at church. We are often not as mindful of Christ at work and sometimes wonder how we can lead more fulfilling Christian lives at & through work. How can we live a more consistent spiritual life in our work life? How does my work fit into God’s kingdom? How is God transforming the world through the ‘marketplace’ or our vocations? We will walk through a book that addresses these topics. Please join us to explore and discuss these issues.
Bringing Home the Blessing
Dates: 6/7-7/12 (6 weeks)

Each of us has a God-given need to feel blessed. To be loved and accepted for who we are, regardless of what we’ve done or failed to do. Learn how to share the blessing of God with your children (and spouse) in concrete and tangible ways. The five elements of the blessing: meaningful touch, a spoken message, attaching high value, picturing a special future, and an active commitment. We will look at the Bible and read through the book The Blessing to see how the blessing was passed from parents to children. For parents of kindergarteners or older.

You invest thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours into planning your perfect wedding, but how much do you invest in your preparation to become husband and wife? Come learn to put Christ at the center of your relationship, learn the knowledge and skills so that you can form life-giving habits. Some of the topics covered are: Honoring your spouse, How to deal with Anger, Communication and Listening, Finances and In-laws. For Engaged.
Worship through Dance
Dates: 6/13-8/1 (8 weeks)

Have you ever wanted to dance for our Father? Does your God-given spirit yearn to worship Him, to commune with Him, through the freedom and grace of movement? For eight weeks, we will explore the beauty, freedom, and power of dance as a form of worship created by our amazing God, the ultimate Artist. Week by week we will open ourselves to all He has to teach us about being dancers for Him, and we will learn and refine choreography inspired by the Holy Spirit. For Sisters Only.
Let’s RIDE: Realistic Intentional Doable Evangelism

Just how people come to know and have a relationship with Christ? It is estimated that only 10% of Christians have the gift of evangelism. Does this mean that the rest are to be standing on the sideline watching and admiring the so-called gifted? Something is definitely wrong with this picture! Every Christian is wanted and needed in making this good news known to the lost. This class will help you better understand the biblical directive of sharing your faith with ordinary people, along with some practical tools and methods in carrying out realistic, intentional, doable evangelism in your daily life settings.
Mission 101 Plus Intensive
Dates: 7/25 (1 week)
Days and Time: Saturday, 9A-3P
Location: Broadway Agape Hall Missions Room

What does it mean to become a missional community by extending God’s Kingdom? This class will provide the foundation through which you could begin to explore this question for you and for YNCC. Some of the questions we will seek to understand are; What is biblical stance of mission? What can we learn from the history of mission? What about “word & deed” approach to Kingdom extension? What are some current trends and issues the Church faces today? What and who of YNCC and many more.

Abraham, Pioneer of Faith - Olive

Ever wondered what faith is? Ever felt like you just didn’t have enough faith? Abraham lived a dynamic life, full of adventure and failure as a mere human being, just like us, yet he pioneered righteous faith in God. While exploring key topics like Calling, Promise, Obedience, Failure, Sacrifice, and more, the study of the life of Abraham will help us translate theoretical faith in print to realistic faith in your life.
